IF A STUDENT CHOOSES TO BREAK A RULE:
1st Consequence - *Yellow - Receives a verbal warning
2nd Consequence - *Red - Sits in Time-Out for ten minutes, removed from instruction or group activities
3rd Consequence - *Black - Gives up one recess
4th Consequence - *Orange - Student calls mom or dad at home or work
5th Consequence - *Pink - Severe Disruption - Sent to Principal
Severe Clause: Send to Principal Immediately

1. Verbal praise.

3. Small prize at the end of each week
